A celebration of the island’s seafaring soul, brought to your table. Seahorse’s menu is a fresh, flavorful tribute to Ibiza’s maritime heritage. Highlights include oysters served three ways — classic, with a Bloody Mary twist, or topped with luxurious caviar — and the standout tuna tartare, paired with caviar, crispy potatoes and free-range fried eggs: a bold dish that brings the essence of the sea to life. You’ll also find the golden fried sea bass, a signature favorite with its perfectly crisp texture, and the red tuna tacos with creamy burrata, avocado, and crispy tortilla — a fusion of Mediterranean flavors with a modern beach club flair.

For the rice lovers, Seahorse offers a refined selection of traditional Spanish rice dishes. Think rich, creamy rice with cuttlefish and lobster; seafood rice loaded with red prawns, langoustines and mussels; or the deeply flavorful arroz a banda with cuttlefish and scarlet prawns — also available as a fideuà. The black rice with cuttlefish, octopus, and smoky paprika aioli is a must for fans of bold, authentic tastes.

Meat lovers won’t be disappointed either. Dive into the tender beef sirloin, the indulgent Seahorse Black Angus burger — served on a brioche bun with egg, crispy bacon, caramelized onion, cheddar and fresh arugula — or the juicy roasted chicken with papas arrugadas and mojo sauce.

And then, the sweet finale. Desserts at Seahorse are crafted to impress. The honey and Ibiza fig cheesecake is an elegant twist on a local favorite, while the vanilla millefeuille, with its delicate layers of crisp pastry and smooth bourbon vanilla cream, is a textural masterpiece. Or, keep it light with a colorful fresh fruit platter — the perfect way to end your beachside feast.

The offering is complemented by a selection of wines in line with the style of our restaurant. A great variety of cocktails to enjoy at any time by the sea, as a dessert drink or in the terrace area next to the restaurant, enlivened by live music on scheduled dates.
